RENT A SHOP
Except for the shops in the corners, on the ends and one double-bayed shop, the rent is L$250 per week for 50 prims with more prims available.
The end and corner shops are L$500 per week for 100 prims with more prims available.
The Management can make alterations to the shops on the green should you wish to rent there. There is no charge for the alterations however one month's rent is requested before alterations can begin. All alterations are subject to the approval of management, but we will do everything we can to work with you.

RENT A PARCEL OF LAND
If you would like to own a parcel and provide your own building, the prices are listed on the lots, with all similar-sized lots being priced the same.

There is no purchase price or "buy in" for owning a parcel. Just pay the first week's rent and it is yours. All parcels remain owned by the Swing Times Builders Group, but parcel owners get rights to change the name, description, stream, etc.
The Management is happy to terraform a parcel to suit. There is no charge for terraforming but one month's rent is requested before terraforming can begin. All terraforming is subject to the approval of management, but we will do everything we can to work with you.
